FRx Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Microsoft, was looking for ways to enhance their customer relationships and provide their partners with sales leads direct from their website. Insyntrix was contracted to develop "Purchase Path" in Microsoft .Net, which allows a customer to place orders and have the order be routed to the appropriate partner channel for fulfillment based on the customer's general ledger software and intelligent business rules.
This system includes several back-end tools to control the product inventory, partner orders and business rules governing the orders.
Insyntrix is an approved vendor of Microsoft.
