Insyntrix is looking to hire 1-3 new sales directors to help leverage our growing client list into new revenue. You are a smooth talking person of integrity with high moral fiber and love building relationships and solving problems. You thrive with pressure and like to keep busy. You understand listening is better than talking. You love making money, but it doesn't control your destiny.

Insyntrix is a full service marketing agency with 6 core service areas: Branding, Website Development, Advertising, Communications, eMarketing and Graphic Design. We are a small company and unlike the typical agencies, are family oriented, thrive on solutions and work for businesses of any size. We fill an important gap between the independent freelancer and the expensive ad agency. Founded in 2002, Insyntrix has serviced clients in 23 states to date.

Responsibilities:

Promote the overall brand, culture, and services provided by Insyntrix through the acquisition of many national, regional and local accounts. This includes reaching out in networking events, trade shows, customer prospecting, client meetings as well as personal industry contacts. Leverage our existing client list to your advantage.

• Convey a strong picture to potential clients regarding Insyntrix's capabilities and breadth of services

• Identify a customer's needs in the areas of marketing, training or sales

• Build a strong network of contacts to form a consistent source of business leads and opportunities

• Use SalesForce.com to track calls and contacts while consistently making new contacts every day

• Identify customer's business goals, strategies, strengths, and weaknesses in order to positively impact their business with our solutions

• Responsible for identifying the competitive layout in every opportunity while incorporating the expertise and individual strengths of our team

• Oversee the entire sales cycle and ensure a high level of customer service - From identifying the opportunity to completion of the contract

• Develop strong client relationships throughout an organization including both evaluators and decision makers

• Responsible for market and account research in order to build a strong customer base and understanding of marketing requirements in all industries

• Partner with the President to help further market Insyntrix

• Identify the larger companies in a defined area and establish working relationships with the proper decision makers through relationships and networking

• Travel to client locations as needed to establish our company's values, services and quality of delivery

• Assist with invoices and accounts receivable

• Provide a checks and balances system between departments within Insyntrix to ensure the highest quality deliverables

• Steadily increase sales and customer base to meet monthly and yearly sales forecasts

• Educate the non-sales oriented team members on the concepts of value-selling, up-selling, follow through and customer service

• Develop new selling strategies within specific markets to maximize all opportunities

• Create and organize effective project proposals for clients while leveraging Insyntrix away from perceived competitors

• Develop effective sales and forecasting reports to assist in managing cash flow and revenue growth

• Have fun and elevate yourself as an individual both mentally and professionally

Qualifications:

The top candidates should have 1-7+ years in sales with the majority of that experience coming from the advertising, B2B sales or marketing areas of business. The person must have a proven track record for fostering relationships, cultivating and delivering sales results from clients in several major industries. The candidate should have a BA/BS in a related field of business. A love of Star Wars is a bonus. Not being a total jerk is another.

Compensation:

This position is commission only with medical benefits paid 50/50. You get paid on every dollar you bring in starting day 1. Your starting commission rate of 9% ramps up based upon your lifetime sales dollars brought in (after normal hard costs such as printing), capping out at 18%. More details of the pay structure can be explained to qualified candidates. Other "Bonus incentives" will be offered for performance. Because of Insyntrix's 6 core service areas, repeat business and cross selling our services is very likely.
